This is one of the most common used ingredients in facial cleansers and is actually doing a whole lot of damage!

Doing this can cause your skin to go into dehydration mode and you will notice a ”tight“ feeling after cleansing. This is a clear signal that the cleanser is too stripping! This leads to:
